Today let’s make a delicious homemade Kothu Chapathi 😋🔥 First, marinate the chicken by mixing it with pepper powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, and salt, then keep it aside for about 30 minutes so the flavors absorb well. Meanwhile, prepare the chapathi dough by mixing flour with salt, water, and a little coconut oil, and knead it into a soft dough. Heat a pan, add sunflower oil, and fry the marinated chicken until it is fully cooked and slightly golden, then remove and keep aside. In the same pan and oil, add chopped vegetables like capsicum, carrot, onion, tomato, and cabbage, and sauté them well until soft and slightly roasted. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt, garam masala, and coriander powder, and mix everything nicely. Crack one egg into the masala and scramble it well with the vegetables. Next, divide the dough into small balls, roll them into chapathis, and cook them on a pan by flipping both sides with a little ghee until soft and cooked. Cut the chapathis into small pieces, then add the fried chicken and chopped chapathi into the vegetable masala and mix everything well on high flame to get the authentic street-style texture.
