The new BMW M3 Competition comes in RWD as standard, but there is an xDrive AWD option. In track mode the driver can decide to disengage AWD, and make it RWD. Manual transmission is available only on the base non-Competition model. The BMW M3 Competition G80 is powered by a 3-liter straight-six engine. This is the RWD model. The engine produces 510 PS (480 PS without the Competition Pack), 650 Nm (550 Nm without the Competition Pack). 0-100 km per hour in 3.9 seconds (4.2 without the Competition Pack). If these numbers sound familiar, that’s because the F80 BMW M3 Competition and the M3 CS offered similar performance.
