Did you know that there are over 5000 items in Terraria? I think there's like 5200. Good number, just don't mind that half of it is just recolor or furniture. You obviously can't collect them all, due to either game just limits your action, or you just being lazy. Probably latter is the case. A heart that not gives extra health, but it gives extra accessory slots. But be careful, once you use it, you cannot research and obtain it again... Biome chests are technically cannot be obtained after intial gain, so that doesn't really count, but sure. why not. I mean, everything is renewable if you just create new world. Or play in Journey mode. Probably the best feature that Terraria 1.4 added. or just use cheat sheet to complete the whole game. or go to "free item" server... but why?
