Formed in 2016, their name, derived from the Shona word meaning "to start over," reflects their innovative approach to Afro House and Afro-Tech. Their debut EP, Kusuka Sukela, released in 2017, marked the beginning of their ascent in the electronic music scene. Notably, their remix of "Traveller" by Lizwi and DeMajor garnered a nomination for Remix of the Year at the 2017 Dance Music Awards South Africa and featured in Black Coffee’s Ibiza 17 Appreciation Mix.
