Given the alarming state of our ecosystems, it is no longer sufficient to protect the nature we have left. We also need to restore nature that has been degraded. In this episode, Greens/EFA MEP Martin Häusling visits a project to bring back the partridge to Hesse, Germany. Partridges have become rare in Germany since the ground-dwelling bird often lacks refuge in open farmlands.
