Mahnoor Zubair is a DAAD Helmut Schmidt Scholar (2024–2026) and a passionate advocate for equitable social systems. She is currently pursuing her MSc in Social Protection at the University of Applied Sciences Bonn-Rhein-Sieg. With a sharp focus on policy, development, and humanitarian aid, she is strongly bridging the gap between academia and real-world impact. Previously, Mahnoor contributed to research proposal development and M&E at organizations such as USAID/Chemonics and AAN Associates, where she helped design and assess programs for sustainable development.
