The objective is clear: promote local solutions while enabling meaningful international cooperation. Focus on Space, Avionics, and Systems Integration Among the technology areas drawing significant attention are space-related capabilities and avionics systems. MIGHT is actively promoting opportunities tied to the emerging space economy, viewing it as a long-term growth driver for national high-technology development. Malaysia’s strong foundation in electronics and electrical engineering underpins its growing expertise in avionics programming and systems integration. According to MIGHT, this allows local companies to integrate complex electronic components into complete avionics and mission systems—capabilities increasingly relevant to both civil and defense aerospace programs.
