Cafelat Robot vs Flair Pro: The Best Manual Espresso Maker?

We’re currently going through a renaissance for manual espresso machines. In recent years we have seen a bunch of exciting lever espresso makers, all capable of making genuine crema-covered shots. CAFELAT ROBOT VS FLAIR PRO ESPRESSO MAKER I have reviewed the Flair in another post (link below) but to be entirely fair, you’d have to make distinctions between the basic Flair (Signature) and the “Pro” version in comparison to the Robot. The Flair Signature is significantly cheaper than the Robot – at the time of writing, it’s just one-third of its rival’s price. That puts it in a different category with entirely different expectations. If you wish to dabble a bit in espresso without committing too much, then this is the obvious entry point. The Flair Pro is closer to the Robot in terms of price. The shots of the two devices are close in terms of quality; however, there are some small advantages that tip the scales towards the Robot as my overall favorite.
