Together for Protection: Strengthening Schools to Safeguard Vulnerable Children in Mexico
In Mexico, thousands of children and adolescents are at risk of abandonment, violence, and exploitation. To address this urgent issue, AVSI is implementing the project “Together to Prevent the Abandonment of Vulnerable Minors in Mexico”, funded by the Commission for Intercountry Adoptions. The initiative aims to strengthen Mexican educational institutions by training educators and raising awareness around violence, vulnerability, sexuality, and the importance of community, helping create safer and more inclusive environments for children.
