🍳 Simple Pork & Lettuce Fried Rice (Serves 1–2) 🌸Ingredients Pork belly: 100g Lettuce: 1/8 head Cooked rice: 2 bowls (about 300g) Eggs: 2 🌸Seasonings Sesame oil: 1 tsp Salt & pepper: to taste Soy sauce: 1 tbsp Oyster sauce: 1 tbsp 🌸Instructions 1.Slice the pork belly into thin strips and chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. 2.Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the pork and lightly season with salt and pepper. Cook until no longer pink. 3.Move the pork to one side of the pan and add the rice to the empty space. 4.Pour the beaten eggs over the rice and stir everything together. 5.Continue cooking until the rice separates and becomes slightly crisp. 6.Push the rice aside again. Pour the soy sauce and oyster sauce directly into the pan. 7.Let the sauce sizzle for a few seconds before mixing it into the rice. 8.Add the lettuce at the end and toss briefly until just wilted. 9.Serve while hot. 🌸Tip Allowing the sauce to sizzle in the pan before mixing enhances the aroma and flavor.
