Join me as I tour this beautiful brand new custom built infill by Spruce Homes. This house is located on Victoria Avenue, one of my favorite streets. It is just over 1800 sqft with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms situated on a 40 foot lot. One of my favorite parts of this house is the kitchen. A nice mix of cabinet colors, the wood tone cabinets are making a huge comeback right now and then mixing in a cool color like they did here gives it that perfect blend. I also LOVE the herringbone backsplash and the big window over your kitchen sink. Another great feature in this house is the back entrance/mudroom. There are lockers and plenty of storage space back there for all of yours and your kids winter gear without making the rest of the house look messy. If you have kids you know exactly what I mean. I also really like how the powder room is tucked in the back and not coming directly off of your kitchen. Another unique feature I liked about this house is the bonus room on the second floor.
