Ingredients 3/4 cup of warm water 2 tsp dry active yeast 1 tbsp of sugar STEP 1: mix these well together before move on to the dough Dough 2 & 1/2 cups of all purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder 2 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp cooking oil a pinch of salt Mix and stir well before mix with STEP 1. After mix well with step one, set aside and cover with a table clothe or foil paper in room temp for 1hr. Fillings: 1 & 1/3 cups of ground pork 1 tbsp cilantro 1/2 tsp of ginger 2 tsp of thin soy sauce 1 tsp of sesame oil Sprinkle with some black pepper Mix all together and divide into 8 portions and make into a ball to steam for 15-20 minutes. When the dough is ready, roll it and cut it into 8pcs. Use a wood roller to roll each piece til flat. Then put the ground pork, a pc of egg, and chinese sausage on it. Use your fingers to hold and pinch until you make it to the end and pinch all on the top to fold so it looks like a kalapao. Practice makes perfect. As you can see, I am not good at making the shape too. 😂 Then steam them for 15-20 minutes. When its finished, it will be puff and soft. They are delicious! Try and let me know if you like it.
