As I was transferring branch circuits from the Generac Transfer Panel to the new critical loads panel for my solar system installation, I ran into a severe problem with Arc Fault tripping of one of the circuit breakers. It started out with 100% faulting out! I'm just showing the process I went through, trying to figure out what the problem(s) was, and how I solved it.
