What is better than making one for yourself, anytime of the day!! Here is an easy and fun recipe of the Cheese rolls, tastes like Porto's. It's really delicious and addictive. Ingredients: Filling- 1 block 8oz (226g) Pasteurized cream cheese 4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter 1/2 cup sugar 1 egg 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon salt 280g Frozen Puff pastry (pre-made) eggwash- 1 egg 1 Tablespoon water for sprinkling- Raw Sugar or Cane sugar (ones with large crystals) Tips: -before freezing, prepare and bake first, so the pastry won't absorb any moisture if unbaked. -served right away #PortosCheeseRolls #CheeseSnack #KidsLunchbox
