Deep Fried T-Bone Steak In A VEVOR Electric Deep Fryer! While deep frying this T-bone steak, I used a MeatStick Mini Chef X wireless meat thermometer and it worked great! It kept me from way over cooking this steak! The next time I think I will pull it at 110 degrees to get that rare to medium rare. Medium will always work for me, but I do prefer it to be medium rare.
