When it come on dum then garnish with boil eggs and serve. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Lemon Ginger Chicken Handi Ingredients: Chicken 750 grams Yogurt ¾ cup Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp Salt as required Red chili powder 1 tbsp Turmeric ¼ tsp Cumin powder 1-1/2 tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Lemon juice 2 tbsp Lemon slice 5-6 Ginger slices 2 tbsp Chopped onion 1 large Calcified butter or oil ¾ cup Crushed black pepper 1 tsp Crushed coriander 1 tsp Green chili as required Green coriander as required Method: In chicken add 2 tbsp of yogurt and leave to 2 to 3 hours .then heat oil or clarified butter and fry oil then add chicken and roast well .then add yogurt ,ginger ,garlic paste ,salt ,coriander ,red chili powder ,turmeric ,remaining yogurt add and roast .now add ½ up of water and add chicken and tender then further roast then add crushed black pepper ,crushed coriander ,lemon juice and ginger slices add and mix .then dish out and remove and then garnish with remaining ginger ,lemon slices ,green coriander and green chilies and serve .
