Simple Twist of Fate - clawhammer banjo

This is one of those songs that I can't seem to keep myself from tinkering with, changing bits and pieces (or sometimes, big chunks). In the present case, even though my arrangement already had significant changes to the original lyrics, I've altered words here and there that no longer sit well with me. I'm also playing it in a slightly off-kilter tuning, that generates some discordant sounds, that I find harmonically interesting, when the 5th string is played against certain chords (i.e. the F and Fm chords). Without the capo, the banjo is tuned here eAEAC# (an Open A tuning), but I've put a capo at the 3rd fret, without retuning the 5th string accordingly, thus making the banjo tuned eCGCE, and played in C. Also, using some of my newly developed skills at shooting videos, I think the technical quality of this video is considerably better than any previous videos I have made of this particular song, in terms of both sound and image. This was played here on a Jason Romero banjo, and this video was made on 22 November 2017.
