Underground HIDDEN BAR and NATURAL SPARKLING WINE in Tbilisi! | Georgia

I'm trying my first NATURAL SPARKLING WINE in Tbilisi and went into one of the hidden underground bar! If you are into WINE, Tbilisi is a dream come true~ I'm here mainly for a conference, but I always spare some time to explore afterwards. Since today is my last day of work, I'm touring the city to find some of the MOST interesting wine bars! The first one was a friend's recommendation as she was trying to try Georgian Pet Nat. It's basically a sparkling wine, or a champagne, but it's not infused with carbons. The wine is already bubbly when they harvest it, and I seriously don't know how they do that! Well, I thought it was like Kombucha~ The second place is an underground wine bar with a rustic interior, felt like I was in the wine cellar! Atmosphere is amazing, and I love how the place has a simple menu. Their wine selection is quite interesting, and it's a great place for you to try your first AMBER WINE. I tried them during my Kakheti wine tour, and honestly, I'm still learning to appreciate the taste. The one that I tried in the video has a funky character, so it a very unique wine. Tbilisi has so many things to offer, and I hope you explore their wine scenes if you are here! Oh, I also talked a little bit about my dream for this channel to be able to cover the foods and cultures of communities who are advocating against harmful development projects and become victims of human rights violations. I'm working in a human rights NGO for more than 10 years now, and I do want to find a creative outlet, apart from the work I usually do, to tell communities' stories.
