Logitech Driving Force GT Racing Wheel Mount Construction for GT5

I wanted a proper racing wheel mount for the Logitech Driving Force GT wheel so I used some spare wood and a few cans of spray paint to create a custom good looking mount. I did this as an experiment to see how hard it would be and found it enjoyable to make. If you're looking for something similar, it's not difficult to make. Have fun. I used 3/4" MDF cut to 18" square for the base. I used MDF as it would be heavy enough to support the rest of the parts and make it stable. Next I glued and screwed two 6" pieces of 2x6 on the front edges and a 2x2 longer piece on the front to hold the pedals from sliding out. The side upright arms are 1x4 cut to 27". I used standard 5/16" Carriage bolts with a 2" female bar knob to hold the top to the upright arms.
