The Prefab is easy to transport since it is breakdown into many pieces like the Sandwich panel, the fabricated steel Tubular frames, the cement board flooring materials, and PVC sliding windows. If you are looking at the investment side and fast return of ROI. Prefab is better than condo unit (my own opinion, base on experience) Capital for a condo unit is about Php 3.5M while Prefab of the almost same size is about Php175K. Long term Rent of Condo will be about 18 to 22k / month, while Prefab will be around 18k to 20k, maintenance and fee is also a monthly problem for Condo unit. Give me the choice I will go for Prefab house. with 3.5M i can build around 20 Prefab houses/Commercial spaces.
