Making A SKULL Dagger From A Block Of Metal - Aluminum Casting

Today I'll be making an aluminum skull dagger from solid metal ingots. The skull knife dagger was originally a rubber Halloween prop I found at the store. I scanned it using the Revopoint Pop3 3d scanner and made some slight adjustments using Blender. I then made a 3D print of dagger. I painted the dagger to help remove some of the print lines and made of mold of it in casting sand. I melted down some aluminum ingots and poured the molten metal into the mold. I finished by using a sand blaster and a wire brush to make the skull stand out a little more. If you'd like to see something made, leave a comment and let me know.
