Client hired us to refinish the Brazilian Cherry hardwood floors. Objective was to reduce the red as much as possible - client really wanted the red gone. After demo'ing some stain colours on the floor, client made the excellent choice of going with the "Dark Grey" stain, which completely transformed the floor. The result was simply beautiful - can see grey, blue, green, pink - very pretty. Prefinished jatoba (aka Brazilian Cherry), with the aluminum oxide factory coating, sanded, stained "Dark Grey", sealed with Bona Clear Seal, then coated with Bona Mega One and finally, for the 3rd coat, protected with Bona Traffic HD, in matte sheen. Bona Traffic HD is a 2-component, commercial grade waterborne protective floor finish, known for its superior scratch resistance.
