My goal in creating this workshop is to lead people through the mystical pathway hidden within the journey of transformation, exploring each of the seven stages personally and meaningfully. A person's entire life story can and often does unfold within the seven stages of transformation. Transformation is archetypal, and we have archetypal myths that drive us. A myth is a narrative we tell ourselves, and when we tell ourselves that narrative, it is true for us—absolutely true. So what makes an archetypal myth so powerful is that we believe it's true while we are living it. We are all driven by our archetypes and archetypes are the tools of the unconscious. In the first stage of transformation, they become conscious because something happens in the outside world that challenges an archetypal myth and makes you come to a standstill.
