WARNING: MAJOR SPOILERS FOR THIS ANIME IN BOTH THE AMV AND THE DESCRIPTION!! I love this song. I became obsessed with it about a year ago, and although it's very creepy, I found it addictive. Since Higurashi is creepy as well, and the song had some simillarities, I thought I could make a pretty good amv with the two. Here is how I casted the Alices: First Alice(Meiko): Rena, for one, because the scenes with her fit the best for the first Alice. The line "sword in hand" fit her cleaver and the line "Locked away like a criminal" matches how Rena felt after murdering Rina and becoming attached to the old trailer at the dump. Second Alice(Kaito): Keiichi, for one thing he is one of the only guys. For another "Shot down by a madman" when he was killed by Takano and "loved by all he withers" he died surrounded by his friends who care so much about him. Third Alice(Miku): Shion, because it fit her quite a bit in Meakashi-Hen. The line "Deceiving countless people" she tricked everyone into believing she was Mion and "possessed by a distorted dream" for her going insane due to Hinamizawa Syndrome. Fourth Alices(Rin and Len): Satoko and Satoshi, I know they are not twins, and I know that Mion and Shion are twins, but I don't think that Mion and Shion fit the appearances or personalities of Rin and Len, while Satoko and Satoshi do. Satoko is perfect for Rin, in my opinion, "the stubborn sister" is a good description of Satoko. And Satoshi fits Len as well, being Satoko's brother and the way he cares about her.
