Parasite transforms failed hero into strongest monster but he hides it to be ordinary | Anime Recap Synopsis: Grotesque monsters, resembling Godzilla, called "kaijuu," have been appearing in Japan for many years. To combat these beasts, an elite military unit known as the Defense Corps risks their lives daily to protect civilians. After a creature is killed, "sweepers" - who work for the Professional Kaijuu Cleaner Corporation - are tasked with disposing of their carcasses. Kafka Hibino, a 32-year-old man, is dissatisfied with his job as a sweeper. Since a young age, he aspired to join the Defense Corps and make a living by killing kaijuus. After some failed attempts, however, he gave up on his dreams and resigned himself to the mediocrity that provided him with a decent salary. However, when an ambitious 18-year-old recruit named Leno Ichikawa joins his cleaning team, Kafka is once again reminded of his desire to join the military. After a chain of unfortunate events and an interaction with the junior sweeper, Kafka encounters a parasitic-type kaijuu that enters through the mouth - transforming him into a humanoid monster. With his new powers, Kafka intends to give his lifelong dream one last shot.
