He was placed on administrative leave without pay, pending a pre-determination hearing regarding his employment with MSCO. He was later re-arrested on four felony counts of unauthorized computer use after investigators confirmed that he had illegally accessed the law enforcement database. His mother was unhappy about the police arresting him.
