Sometimes all we wanna do is to eat some cake but not spending the whole day in the kitchen. Here comes the recipe you need in your life. All it takes is a minute to bake and less than 3 minutes to whip all the ingredients up. Note that all cake are moist! These aren't super chewy strange taste kind of mug cake. These are the bomb! #1 Birthday Cake 4 tbsp flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 3 tbsp sugar 4 tbsp plant based milk (soy, almond, rice milk etc) 1/2 tbsp margarine 1/2 tsp sprinkles Mix all ingredients (except sprinkles) until there is no lumps then mix in sprinkles. Microwave for 1 minute. Let cool. Add icing. Sprinkle more funfetti sprinkles. #2 Cookies n Cream Cake 2 tbsp flour 2 tbsp sugar 1/8 tsp baking powder 1 1/2 tbsp plant based milk (soy, almond, rice milk etc) 1 tbsp oil Mix everything together then add crushed oreo or other cookies n cream biscuits . Microwave for 1 minute. Top with icing and more crushed Oreo. #3 Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake 2 tbsp wholewheat flour 2 tsp cocoa powder 1/4 tsp baking powder 3 tbsp plant based milk (soy, almond, rice milk etc) 1 tbsp syrup sweetener 1 tsp peanut butter Mix all together then add tsp peanut butter and place it in the centre of the cake. Sprinkle cacao nibs or chocolate chips. Microwave for 1 minute. Devour! Note: To make icing: use confectioners sugar then add in a little milk until the it reaches the consistency you desire. Less milk for thicker icing. Vice versa.
