Taste as you go and keep notes until the flavor is at you like it, then fine strain into a bottle. Keeps indefinitely. ➡️To Serve: Add 3 ounces of the barrel-aged Rob Roy to a mixing glass with ice and add 3 dashes of Angostura bitters.
