I updated the hero to level 12 and I tried the other two skills. I think the class weapon might be useful only in Squad to shoot at an entire enemy squad, otherwise a classic Uzi/ Silent Pistol works fine. The Super Shield skill works really well but the Bomb Springboard skill can't be replaced since it lets you move more freely in the area. The Electric Missile also works fine but it's not really necessary. The Rowdy Bear Treasure would definitely do well in Squad matches. Oh and Takemaru is really weak so the key is posting him correctly and in strategic spots. So, for now I'd say that the best skills are the Bomb and the Shield, movement/stun and protection.
