Welcome to the Paintball Warmup Series presented by Ardor Performance. Today, I talk about my favorite mobility drills to do before a day of paintball. Mobility refers to our body’s abilities to easily move a joint through a pain-free, full range of motion. Mobility is important to a paintball player because we must be able to move our bodies quickly and efficiently in order to avoid being shot by an opposing player. If our joints are tight and we are unable to move pain-free, we are increasing our chance of injury and being shot out! Follow along as I demonstrate 3 of my favorite mobility drills. I recommend performing 5-10 repetitions of each drill, or at least two drills, prior to competing.
