Join us for another unforgettable day in Los Angeles on our honeymoon — this time diving deep into the magic of Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood, the legendary home of some of the world’s most iconic films and television shows. The Tours begin our day at the Storytelling Showcase, inside the Warner Bros. This is a Welcome Center, where a short film and a stunning walkthrough exhibition set the stage for the next 100 years of Hollywood history. Here we explore the origins of the Warner brothers themselves, how a small family studio became a global entertainment powerhouse, and how the lot evolved from 1923 to today. From there, we step aboard a custom tour cart for the Guided Backlot Tour — a one-hour journey across Warner Bros’ 110-acre working lot. We roll through classic exterior sets including Midwest Street, New York Street, and Hennesy Street, discovering how the same backlots transformed into everything from quiet small towns to bustling Manhattan blocks for shows like Friends, Gilmore Girls, The Big Bang Theory, ER, and Abbott Elementary. The final couple of hours of our tour were self-guided, starting at Stage 48: Script to Screen — an immersive journey through the entire production process. We step into the original Central Perk set from Friends, walk through set builds from The Big Bang Theory, learn how ADR and post-production work, and even grab lunch at the Central Perk Café, themed with wrap-party photos, props, and a full Friends-inspired menu. We end in Action and Magic Made Here, the finale featuring hero suits, props, and costumes from the DC Universe — complete with Batmobiles and concept art — before moving into the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts where we practice wand choreography and witness a Sorting Ceremony. Before leaving, we take a detailed look through the massive Warner Bros. gift shop, showcasing exclusive merch from DC, Friends, Harry Potter, Looney Tunes, and classic WB franchises.
