In this episode we will take a look at the base code that has been developed so far during the entire JavaScript game development series. I know the course starts on June 7th (in two days) but this tutorial was laying the groundwork down. The actual programming tutorials will follow, so I wanted to get this out of the way first. This tutorial is part of a larger series on the subject of "collision detection" that is currently being published. It consists of about 17+ tutorials (between 8 to 40 minutes, depending on the subject). Over the course of last 2 years, the JavaScript game engine has been progressing, as a side effect of recording tutorials from scratch. And there are already elements added to the core js engine that are not shown in this tutorial. But probably already part of the downloadable source code file.
