Abstract Acrylic Painting #30: TEXTURED BACKGROUND

Hi 👋🏻 Today's video is a painting I did with a textured background. ( see endresult at the end of the video) I used structure paste to create a textured look and feel. The medium I used is a mixture of wood filler and instant wallfiller. The woodfiller is a bit elastic and has a smooth texture and the wallfiller is more grainy. (availlible in every hardwarestore) I also used crackling paste from Schminke. It applies smooth, but when dried it gives crackles. I used acrylic paint and just applied layer after layer and water to thin some of the layers. This video has some up close footage so you can see it a bit better, I hope!
