Journaling has been the most helpful practice in my life. Those few moments every day help me make sense of how the rest of my time is spent—and help me look at how I want my time to be spent differently. I keep two different journals that I write in almost every day. And in this video, I want to share why you might want to consider doing the same thing. *Journal 1: Daily Pages (Morning Pages)* Inspired by Julia Cameron's "The Artist's Way," this is where I reflect on what I experienced, process my feelings, and work through ideas. It's the freeform "dear diary" space where clarity comes from putting thoughts into words. I've done this practice on and off for 20+ years. *Journal 2: Daily Log (Bullet Journal Style)* This is the practical tracker: my top 3 priorities for the day, what I did to engage my heart/mind/body, and highlights worth remembering. It's less about feelings, more about capturing what actually happened—the events, articles, moments that made up my day. Together, these two journals help me live with intention and awareness—to be mindful of how I'm living so my life matches up with my values. If you're new to journaling, start with one. Pick whichever calls to you more. Build the rhythm first, then maybe add the second later.
