So join us in the kitchen for an easy decadent steak with cheese ravioli and a butter sage sauce! It's Whats for dinner! Steak: Season with salt and pepper heat cast iron skillet until its pretty hot! sear steak on both sides for 3-4 mins while adding: butter (1/2 stick) lots of full cloves of garlic rosemary, sage, thyme (whichever you choose) spoon melted butter mixture onto steak while its cooking after searing on both sides, put steak into a 450 degree oven for 6-7 minutes for medium rare.
