Thanks to Inkbird for sending this new probe unit to test and evaluate. Worked extremely well and accurate. Long battery life. If bluetooth is out of range the wifi takes over - simply a brilliant new function for any temperature probe. However the huge nubs on the probes that will not push through probe grommets on BBQ's are one thing I didn't like about it.
