Talking all things BBQ!   / shootinthequeheathriles   WHAT HEATH USED: • Blackstone Griddle https://amzn.to/3p4eO2r • Blackstone Griddle Accessories https://amzn.to/3p7J6BG • Metal Cooling Rack: https://amzn.to/3eAEcvo • French's Yellow Mustard https://amzn.to/3MpvvAc • Large Aluminum Sheet Pan https://amzn.to/3Vn3opt • Powdered Sugar Shaker Duster: https://amzn.to/3zarfQ3 • Mrs. Miller's Homemade Jam: https://amzn.to/3s0Dbzx INGREDIENTS: • Mustard • Mayonnaise • Thick-cut, Virginia style ham • Shredded Gruyère cheese • Powdered Sugar • Sourdough bread • 4 eggs • Salt • Black pepper DIRECTIONS: 1. Fire up your Blackstone 2. Put mustard and mayonnaise on both sides of your bread. 3. Sear both sides of your ham for about a few minutes on each side. Sear the ham to your preference. 4. Place the ham and shredded Gruyère cheese on your bread. Assemble your sandwich. 5. Mix together 4 eggs and sprinkle in salt and pepper. Pour the eggs in a shallow aluminum pan. 6. Dip both sides of your sandwich in the eggs. 7. Place your sandwiches back on your Blackstone and toast both sides. Allow the cheese to melt. 8. Once both sides of your sandwich are toasted, place them on a cooling rack. 9. Sprinkle powdered sugar over your sandwich. 10. Slice and serve. You can serve this sandwich with a side of jelly.
