Unless you are allergic, excluding foods or food groups is just not needed: cutting out carbs, fat, any specific food❌ Aside from the fact that it can increase risk of binge eating or disordered eating behaviours. It can actually also lower your change of maintaining fat loss!🤦🏼♀️ By cutting out entire food groups, you’re prone to nutritional shortfalls and boredom. Eventually, you’re going to crave the foods you’re missing. Even if the diet works at first… it doesn’t teach you how to maintain any goal…🤷🏼♀️ Eating from a variety of food groups ensures that the body gets all of the proper nutrients it needs to survive. When you eliminate food groups, you put your body at risk for a number of nutritional deficiencies. In the case of cutting carbs, you’re also cutting out essential vitamins🍓🥒🥔 & one last thing - please remember to enjoy your life, if that involves going out for dinners every now & again & drinking far too much wine every now & again.
