Team Gaskits reviewed by COOLection TV. Today we're looking at Dan Carcia, Sage Vanderspin, and Dale Roofolo from Disney Pixar Cars. These are part of the Cars Mattel 2020 mainline and all are members of the same team. Sage Vanderspin is mislabeled as Rex Revler, who is actually the Cars 3 stock car for Team Gaskits. Sage and Dale Roofolo are in the Dinoco 400 series from Cars 1, while Dan Carcia is in the Next Gen Piston Cup Racers series from Cars 3. These three are all Disney Cars made in Thailand and are different than their previous China releases. Dale Roofolo is a deluxe and is brand new for Mattel Cars 2020. These are 1:55 scale diecasts, made by Mattel, with no paper stickers. Pixar Cars Sage Vanderspin appears at the Motor Speedway of the South in Cars as one of the 36 race cars in the circuit, racing against Lightning McQueen, Chick Hicks, and the King. In the film, he appears several times during the first race and has a pit crew consisting of a crew chief and pitties, still unreleased. Pixar Cars Dale Roofolo never officially appears, however his trailer, which is currently unreleased, was seen after the Motor Speedway of the South race. Although he is new for 2020, he has several differences from the other semis and cabs previously released. Unlike Gray, Dale has no mouthplate and now has an eyeplate. Pixar Cars Dan Carcia is the Next Gen Gaskits racer in Cars 3 and appears at the Florida 500 as one of the 36 racers that race against Lightning McQueen and Cruz Ramirez.
