Saga of Tenir'ha and Baru | A Fantasy Dinosaur Biography

Kaimere is a planet far from our own where its native life, magic, takes Earth organisms and copies them in Kaimere, where they continue to evolve into new species. As the asteroid that ended the reign of dinosaurs on Earth never struck Kaimere, dinosaurs continue to be the dominant large animals in most regions, though recent harvests have made mammals quite common and successful around the portal. The Saga of Tenir’ha and Baru is a fantasy documentary following the growth of two theropod dinosaurs. Our heroes are zentaur: a fictional species of megaraptoran theropods and the apex predators in the forests of Kaimere. In December I shared all five chapters of this saga. If you’ve seen those, this video won’t show you anything new, as it is merely a compilation of those episodes. If you’re new to this project, the Saga of Tenir’ha and Baru is a good introduction to the ecology and major players in this realm. If you enjoy this, you may also like the Ballad of Ka’Hai, a similar but shorter story following the life of the zentaur’s prairie counterpart: the uktan. Humans are present in Kaimere, but their stories are the focus of my anthologies, Tales of Kaimere, Songs of the Inland Sea, and others in the works. This series instead follow animal protagonists. Though of course every individual is going to have our exceptional moments and experiences, I strive to present this series as the lives of average animals so you can see how most animals of a given species live their lives in Kaimere.
