A Solidteknics AUS-ION Wrought Iron Pan showed up in the studio, all the way from Australia! So we did an unboxing of our new pan and then put it through its paces with a seasoning, cooking some bacon, and a review. This pan is a great alternative to heavier cast iron pans, and is of a higher quality than cast iron skillets that you'll find at the big box store or camping outlet. The solid one piece pan is also a great alternative to French carbon steel pans.
