In this video, I talk about Glovo’s new heat bonus for riders working in extreme summer temperatures in Italy. Between July 1st and August 31st, 2025, Glovo promises to pay a small percentage bonus on completed orders based on local temperatures: 🔥 32–36°C → +2% 🔥 36–40°C → +4% 🔥 Over 40°C → +8% But when you calculate it, this means just €0.05 to €0.20 extra per delivery — and the bonus won’t be paid until September 21, 2025. In Urdu, Hindi & Punjabi! ❗️Correction: In the video, I mistakenly said Glovo will pay the bonus on September 31st. That was an error — the correct date is September 21st, 2025. I also speak about the tragic death of a Moroccan construction worker in San Lazzaro (Bologna), who collapsed and died on-site under extreme heat.
