You don’t have to fix yourself today. This guided meditation is an invitation to rest from self‐improvement, self‐judgment, and the belief that you must become something else to be worthy of peace. If you’ve been feeling exhausted from trying to heal, grow, or constantly work on yourself, this meditation gently reminds you that nothing is wrong with you in this moment. You are allowed to pause.
