I am NOT using this video as a video submission. My submission is done at an affiliate and with a certified judge. Hence - no clock in frame. Had a blast on CrossFit Open workout 26.2. It was a much NEEDED win after 26.1 and all my friends beating me haha. The space and surrounding area were beautiful. 10/10 need to find a way to move there. My approach to 26.2: Move perfectly so I don't get any no reps lol Move until I am fatigued and short rest during the first 2 rounds. Rest a tad more on final round to ensure no failed muscle ups. Once at muscle ups EMOM 5 until complete if possible. I was nervous to go TO big on muscle ups and start failing considering I haven't performed kipping ring muscle ups in a workout for over a year.
