To Make Ribbon Pakoda Roasted Chana Dal - 1/2 Cup Rice Flour - 1 1/2 Cup Besan / Gram Flour - 1/2 Cup Salt - 1 1/2 Tsp Chilli Powder - 2 Tsp Asafoetida Powder - 1/4 Tsp Melted Butter - 2 Tbsp Water Oil Method: 1. Grind the roasted chana dal and keep the powder aside. 2. Now take a sieve and take the powdered chana dal, rice flour, besan, salt, red chilli powder and asafoetida powder in it. 3. Sieve the ingredients into a large bowl and then add in the melted butter. Mix it all well. 4. Gradually add water to this mixture and prepare the dough. 5. Now grease the ribbon pakoda mould with oil on all sides inside. 6. Put the dough in the mould. 7. Once you heat enough oil for deep frying in a kadai, gently start pressing the mould to release the ribbon pakodas into the oil. 8. Fry them until they are golden brown in colour. 9.
