This humidor measures 7 7/8" wide, 3 3/16" deep and 1 1/2" tall. This unit holds up to 5 churchill cigars and is made from a yellow fiberglass reinforced abs plastic. This is actually crush proof, we have run over it with a van and had our cigars stay safe, that's how strong this is. The back has a piano hinge to help ensure the stability of the humidor. There is a carrying lanyard on the side that comes with a clip so you can clip it to a bag. The front actually has a place where you can lock the humidor with a travel style lock. There are 2 clips on the front to ensure it stays closed while traveling in case it's in a bag and the bag gets thrown around you don't have to worry about it coming open. On the lid there is an O-ring that goes around the entire top of the lid. When you close this it matches with the lip at the base of the box and gives you an air tight seal. This humidor will actually float if dropped in the water (pretty cool). There is also foam on the inside to help protect the cigars so even if a car runs over it they will be okay.
