Deliciously Sweet & Nutty Honey Pistachio Halva - A Must-try Treat!

Honey Pistachio Halva Recently I went to a Turkish Coffee place in Anacortes, WA with a friend and we tried a little tray of treats. On that tray was some Pistachio Halva. The last time I tried Halva was when I was in my teens and didn't like it. But I though I would give it a try again and guess what?! I loved it!! So I told my friend "I bet I could make this!" So today that is what I'm going to try to make. I found the easiest recipe I could. I'll see how it turns out and then decided if I want to try a different recipe at a later day. Tell me about it and what did you do differently. I would really like to try making this again but I want it to turn out more on the dry side.
