Energizers are a train-the-trainer techniques that are frequently used among professional trainers. They pump energy into participants to get them physically and mentally stimulated. It is best to use this train-the-trainer technique after a break or after participants have engaged a topic for a long period of time. Before you use this train-the-trainer activity or attempt to create one of your own, it is important to know the two requirements of an energizer: 1) Energizers must keep the mind engaged 2) Energizers must keep the body engaged Energizers are even more effective when combined with a revisiter.
