Today I'll be showing you exactly how to use a chronograph watch. Essentially a chronograph is a watch with a built-in stopwatch. You can usually tell if a watch is a chronograph if it has a set of subdials and two pushers found on the side of the case. I'll be using a Seiko SSC911P Speedtimer as an example, but this tutorial should be applicable to all kinds of chronograph watches. Just keep in mind there are small differences between models, but the basic principles of this stopwatch will help you with any similar watch you decide to pick up. The pushers on the side can be labelled as 'A' (top button), or 'B' (bottom button) A: Start, Stop, Resume B: (when stopped) Reset, Split, Split Release 00:00 - 00:23 What is a Chronograph? 00:24 - 00:43 Starting, Stopping, and Resuming a Chronograph 00:44 - 00:50 How to reset a Chronograph 00:51 - 1:28 How to Record Splits on a Chronograph 1:29 - 1:50 Outro Shop more chronograph watches in Australia here: https://www.watchdepot.com.au/collect...
