TOMATO SOUP: 45 OZ diced tomatoes, canned 3 cups vegetable broth 1/2 cup minced onions 1 cup diced carrot 1 tsp thyme, dried 1 tsp oregano, dried 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp minced garlic 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 1 whole bay leaf 4 Tbs butter 2/3 cup whole milk slow cooker, low 7-8 hrs or high for 5 hrs. MONGOLIAN BEEF: 1-1/2 LBS flank steak, sliced 1/4 cups cornstarch 2 TBS olive oil 1/2 tsp minced garlic 1/2 tsp minced ginger, fresh 3/4 cups soy sauce 3/4 Cups brown sugar 3/4 water 1/2 cup grated carrot 1/3 cup sliced green onions coat flank steak in cornstarch combine remaining ingredients Slow cooker high for 2-3 hrs or low for 4-5 hours. Serve over rice. CHICKEN STUFFING BANK: 6 oz boxed stuffing 2 lbs cooked chicken can of cream of chicken or mushroom soup 1/3 cup milk prepare stuffing according to package. mix soup and milk, mix in chicken.
